Abstract: Objective To explore the protective effect of HSP 70 in surgical trauma and the relationship between expression of HSP 70 and other stress response. Methods Four-hundred SD rats with different extents of hepatectomy were randomly divided into control group, mild trauma group, moderate trauma group and severe trauma group,100 rats in each group.Taking blood samples separately in each group at 12h before operation as well as 2h,12h,24h and 48h after operation.HSP 70 in lymphocytes, blood ALT,TB and cortisol were detected, and the relationships among them were analyzed.ResultsThe expression of HSP 70 was related to liver function and blood cortisol.ConclusionsHSP 70 plays an important role in inhibiting the deterioration of liver function, and there might be synergy between HSP 70 and Glucocorticoid.
