自理理论在乳腺癌化疗疲乏中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of the nursing model of Orem' s self-care theory in reducing fatigue of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods 60 breast cancer patients duringer chemotherapy were randomly divided into the test group that adopted Orem' s self-care theory of nursing and the control group that adopted the conventional nursing method.The self-care theory was applied in the test group to evaluate their self-care ability,and self-care nursing intervention wasestablished to help,guide,educate and train thems.Piper fatigue scale(PFS) was used to assess the fatigue level at 2 days before and 7 days after chemotherapy.Results Patient' s fatigue was reduced significantly in the test group after chemotherapy (P<0.01).Conclusion The nursing model of Orem' s self-care theory can effectively reduce fatigue of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.
