Abstract: Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation in microsurgery for intracranial tumors. Methods Fouty-three patients with intracranial tumor were treated by neuronavigational system-assisted microneruosurgery. Results The localization success rate was 100%and the total removal rate was 82.41%(48/58).No severe neurological deficits took place in patients. Conclusion The Stealth Station neuronavigational system is reliable and accurate for neurosurgical operation. Thus it is helpful to facilitate total resection of intracranial tumors with less operative complications.
