GPC3与肝癌的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3(glypican-3,GPC3)是一种细胞膜表面的硫酸乙酰肝素糖蛋白(heparan sulfate proteoglycan,HSPG),GPC3在肝癌组织中高表达,而在正常肝组织不表达,有可能是目前发现在AFP阴性肝癌中表达率最高的基因。GPC3在肝细胞性肝癌中的作用机制已成为研究热点,本文就GPC3在肝癌发生、发展中的作用机制及其在肝癌诊断和治疗中的作用作一综述。
