摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的研究肿瘤转移相关基因CD44v6在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法对77例乳腺病变组织进行CD44v6蛋白检测,并结合临床、病理形态学资料分析其临床意义。结果12例乳腺良性病变组织中CD44v6蛋白表达均为阴性;65例乳腺癌组织中CD44v6表达阳性率为64.6%(42/65);在腋淋巴结阳性、阴性组的阳性率分别为100%、25.8%(P<0.05);组织学分级中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级表达率分别为9.1%、61.8%、100%(P<0.001)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,CD44v6蛋白表达与腋淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小和组织学分级有显著相关性。结论CD44v6蛋白可作为乳腺肿瘤恶性转化、转移和预后评估的一个重要指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v6 protein in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Method SP immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of CD44v6 protein in 77 mastopathy tissue and the results were correlated with the clinical and data hibtophathologk.Result The expressions of CD44v6 protein in 12 benign cases were all negative.The positive expression rate of CD44v6 protein was 64.6%in the total 65 breast cancer cases.The expression rate in the positive and negative axillary lymph nodes groups were 100%and 25.8%(P<0.05 ) rspectivey;In histopathologic gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,the expression rates were 9.1%,61.8%and 100%,respectively.There were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.001).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the factors affected the expression of CD44v6 were axillary lymph nodes metastasis,tumor size and histopathologic grade.Conclusion CD44v6 protein can be applied as an important indicator in evaluating the malignant transformation,metastases and prognosis of breast cancer.
