125Ⅰ放射性粒子在中晚期乳腺癌综合治疗中的应用价值

摘要： 【摘要】目的 探讨将125Ⅰ放射性粒子组织间植入联合手术、化疗、介入和内分泌治疗等综合治疗中晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法 对95例中晚期乳腺癌采用125Ⅰ放射性粒子植入联合手术、化疗、介入、内分泌疗法及提高免疫力等综合治疗，观察其有效率和随访1、3、5年生存率。结果 经综合治疗后，根据实体瘤疗效的评定标准，总有效率为87.37%。癌症局部控制率达1年以上者占82.36%。1年生存率为90.53%（86/95），3年为61.05%（58/95），5年为46.32%（44/95）。其中非癌死亡4例，失访8例。均未发现与植入125Ⅰ粒子相关的并发症。结论  125Ⅰ粒子组织间植入联合综合治疗对中晚期乳腺癌患者是安全、有效的，可达到局部“根治”效果，是一种新的治疗方案和策略，值得进一步研究和推广应用。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of permanent implantation of iodine 125 (I125) seed combined with surgical operation，chemotherapy，interventional therapy，immunization therapy and endocrine therapy on the patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods Permanent implantation of I125 seed combined with surgical operation，chemotherapy，interventional therapy，immunization therapy and endocrine therapy were performed on 95 cases of advanced breast cancer. The effective rate as well as the 1-，3- and 5-year survival rate were followed up. Results The effective rate was 96.84%. The 1-，3- and 5-year survival rate was 90.53%，61.05% and 46.32% respectively. 4 cases died from non-cancer，8 cases lost in follow-up. No associated complications were foundConclusion permanent implantation of I125 seed is safe and effective for treating advanced breast cancer.
