hK2、Ki-67在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of hK2 and Ki-67 in prostate cancer and its clinical significance

摘要： 目的 探讨hK2、Ki-67基因在前列腺癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例前列腺癌和30例前列腺增生组织中hK2和Ki-67基因的表达情况。结果 前列腺癌组织中hK2、Ki-67的阳性表达率明显高于前列腺增生组织（P<0.05）。hK2阳性表达与前列腺癌的Gleason分级有关（P<0.05），与临床分期无关（P >0.05）；Ki-67的阳性表达与Gleason分级无关（P>0.05），与临床分期有关（P<0.05）。hK2和Ki-67在前列腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论 hK2、Ki-67异常表达与前列腺癌的诊断及预后密切相关，联合检测二者的表达有可能作为前列腺癌诊断和预后评估的指标。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of hK2 and Ki-67 in prostate cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Expression of hK2 and Ki-67 was studied in tissues collected from 40 cases of prostate cancer（PCa） and 30 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） using the immunohistochemical SP method. Results The rates of hK2 and Ki-67 expression were significantly higher in PCa than in BPH （P<0.05）.Positive expression of hK2 in PCa tissue correlated with Gleason grading （P<0.05） but not with clinical stage（P>0.05），while positive expression of Ki-67 correlated with clinical stage（P<0.05） but not with Gleason grading（P>0.05）.Expression of hK2 positively correlated with expression of Ki-67（P<0.05）. Conclusions Abnormal expression of hK2 and Ki-67 correlated closely with the diagnosis and prognosis of PCa.Combined detection of hK2 and Ki-67 may be useful as a marker for early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of PCa.
