HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Determination and clinical significance of HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1 expression in nonsmall cell lung cancinoma

摘要: 目的 探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α) 、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) 和转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor β1,TGF-β1)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测58例 NSCLC患者术后癌组织和13例正常肺组织中HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1的表达水平。结果 NSCLC组织中HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1的阳性表达率均明显高于正常肺组织,其表达与临床分期和有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),与性别、年龄、病理类型和分化程度无关(P>0.05),三项指标在NSCLC组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、VEGF和TGF-β1在NSCLC中的高表达可能与NSCLC的侵袭和转移密切相关。

Abstract: Objective To determine the expression and clinical significance of HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Method The immunohistochemical SP method was used to analyze expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1 in 85 samples of NSCLC tissue and 13 samples of normal lung tissue. Results A greater proportion of NSCLC tissue than normal lung tissue was positive for HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1.Expression of these proteins positively correlated with NSCLC clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).However,no correlation was observed between expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1 and other clinico-pathological features such as age,sex,pathology type or degree of differentiation(P>0.05).Levels of HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1 correlated positively with one another in NSCLC tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion Elevated expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and TGF-β1 may be associated with tumor invasion and metastasis in NSCLC.
