摘要： 目的 探讨EZH2、FHIT和VEGF在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化法对76例膀胱尿路上皮癌患者癌组织和10例膀胱正常组织的EZH2、FHIT和VEGF蛋白表达进行测定。结果 膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中EZH2及VEGF的阳性表达率显著高于膀胱正常组织，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。FHIT在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达率低于膀胱正常组织（P＜0.05）。EZH2、FHIT和VEGF的蛋白表达与组织学分类、病理分级、临床分期有关（P均＜0.05）。结论 EZH2、FHIT和VEGF在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中的表达与组织学分类、病理分级、临床分期密切相关，三者在膀胱尿路上皮癌发病进展中可能起重要作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of EZH2，FHIT and VEGF in primary bladder urothe-lial carcinoma（BUC）. Methods Tissue samples of primary BUC（n=76） and normal bladder（n=10） were assayed by immunohisto-chemistry. Results EZH2 and VEGF expression rates were much higher in BUC tissue than in normal bladder tissue（P＜0.05），while the FHIT expression rate was significantly lower in BUC（P＜0.05）.Expression of EZH2，FHIT and VEGF was related to histological classification，pathological grade and clinical TNM stage of BUC（P＜0.05）. Conclusions Expression of EZH2，FHIT and VEGF was closely related to the histological classification，pathological grade and clinical TNM stage in BUC tissue. EZH2，FHIT and VEGF may play important roles in the pathogenesis of BUC.
