Abstract: Objective To investigate the quality of life of advanced ovarian cancer patients undergoing hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC). Methods Three hundred patients with advanced ovarian cancer who received HIPEC were investigated by general data questionnaire, quality of life core questionnaire(QLQ-C30),ovarian cancer treatment function assessment scale(FACT-O),self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),pain number assessment scale(NRS) and social support assessment scale(SSRS). Results The QLQ-C30 score of the patients with advanced ovarian cancer who underwent HIPEC was(66.28±17.72),the FACT-O score was(94.07±8.80),the SPBS score was(39.82±7.61),the NRS score was(5.68±1.24),and the SSRS score was(23.96±6.57). Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-perceived burden, social support, and pain were correlated with the quality of life. Conclusion Patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing HIPEC have low quality of life, which correlated with self-perception burden, pain, and social support.
