神经导航系统在颅内肿瘤手术中的应用

摘要: 目的探讨导航系统在颅内肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法应用Stealth Station神经导航系统辅助手术切除颅内肿瘤58例。并对神经导航系统的术中准确性和术后治疗效果进行评价。结果应用Stealth Station神经导航系统辅助手术切除58例颅内肿瘤的过程中寻找病变成功率为100%,导航手术的病变总全切率达到82.41%(48/58)。术后患者无明显神经功能障碍。结论神经外科手术中应用Stealth Station神经导航系统可靠、准确,提高了颅内肿瘤的手术全切率。同时可减少手术并发症。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation in microsurgery for intracranial tumors.Methods Fouty-three patients with intracranial tumor were treated by neuronavigational system-assisted microneruosurgery.Results The localization success rate was 100%and the total removal rate was 82.41%(48/58).No severe neurological deficits took place in patients. Conclusion The Stealth Station neuronavigational system is reliable and accurate for neurosurgical operation.Thus it is helpful to facilitate total resection of intracranial tumors with less operative complications.
