Abstract:

Objective To construct the function module and content of public number for patients with breast cancer throughout multidisciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment. Methods A public number system was tentatively established based on literature review and current breast cancer management methods at our hospital. The Delphi method was performed twice with 17 experts on breast cancer diagnosis and treatment， and index content was modified based on this expert consultation. Results The positive coefficient after two rounds of consultation was 100%， and the average authoritative coefficient was 0.91. In the end， the public number contained six first-level indicators（Personal information， Trace the treatment，Medical services，Knowledge education， Transitional care， Feedback） and 11 secondary indicators. Conclusions This study provides reliable public number content for patients with breast cancer throughout their diagnosis and treatment. It can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical development of an information system network for patients with breast cancer.
