Abstract: Objective To explore the features of high frequent ultrasonic(FHUS) image and diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) on breast cancer. Methods The features of FHUS image were analyzed retrospectively on 50 cases of malignant breast tumors identified by histopathology. The blood flow parameters of the tumor from patients with different ages, tumor sizes and pathological types were compared. Results Most of the malignant tumors appeared as irregular shape and border, serrated margin, low level and uneven distribution of internal echo. Most of the tumors also showed micro-calcifications,attenuation of rear echo, and the rate of length/width>1.The color Doppler flow imaging grades near the tumors mostly showed abundant blood flow, with the rate of RI≥0.7,and these parameters had close relationship with tumor size. Conclusion The color Doppler flow conditions of breast tumor and the tissues 0.5cm around the tumor have high exactitude for detecting breast cancers. The larger the tumor size, the more abundant of the color Doppler flow.Combination with 2DUS imagines will enhance observably the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer and then have highly applicable value in clinic.
