摘要：

目的 构建基于多学科诊疗模式下的乳腺癌患者全程管理公众号功能模块及具体内容。方法 在查阅文献的基础上，结合本科室现行乳腺癌全程管理模式初步拟订乳腺癌患者全程管理平台模块内容框架。采用德尔菲专家咨询法对17名从事乳腺癌诊疗相关的医护专家就该平台模块内容进行2轮咨询，并根据专家咨询结果调整并构建全程管理公众号模块内容。结果 2轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100％，专家权威系数（Cr）为0.91。构建出包含6项一级指标（患者档案、治疗追踪、诊疗服务、知识宣教、延续护理、意见反馈），20项二级指标及相应内涵的乳腺癌患者全程管理模块内容。结论 本研究建立的乳腺癌患者全程管理平台模块内容专家意见集中，结果科学可靠，可为后期乳腺癌护理信息化建设提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Objective To construct the function module and content of public number for patients with breast cancer throughout multidisciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment. Methods A public number system was tentatively established based on literature review and current breast cancer management methods at our hospital. The Delphi method was performed twice with 17 experts on breast cancer diagnosis and treatment， and index content was modified based on this expert consultation. Results The positive coefficient after two rounds of consultation was 100%， and the average authoritative coefficient was 0.91. In the end， the public number contained six first-level indicators（Personal information， Trace the treatment，Medical services，Knowledge education， Transitional care， Feedback） and 11 secondary indicators. Conclusions This study provides reliable public number content for patients with breast cancer throughout their diagnosis and treatment. It can provide a theoretical basis for the clinical development of an information system network for patients with breast cancer.
