腹膜后脂肪全切除术治疗复发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤4例并文献复习

Total resection of retroperitoneal liposarcoma for recurrent retroperitoneal liposarcoma: 4 cases report and literature review

摘要： 目的 探讨腹膜后脂肪全切除术治疗复发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年12月武汉市第八医院收治的4例腹膜后脂肪肉瘤复发行腹膜后脂肪全切除术患者的临床资料并复习文献。结果 4例患者均顺利完成手术，手术时间420 min（范围：240～660 min），术中出血1 350 mL（范围：200～3 000 mL）；联合切除1个脏器2例，联合切除2个脏器1例，联合切除3个脏器1例；Clavien-Dindo分级：Ⅲb级2例（其中胰瘘1例，腹腔出血1例），Ⅱ级2例。平均随访（8.8±1.5） 个月，无复发存活率为100%。结论 腹膜后脂肪全切除术是复发性腹膜后脂肪肉瘤患者一种安全可行的术式。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical value of total retroperitoneal fat resection for recurrent retroperitoneal liposarcoma. Methods The clinical data of 4 patients with recurrent retroperitoneal liposarcoma treated in the Eighth Hospital of Wuhan from January 2019 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and the literature was reviewed. Results All 4 patients completed the operation successfully, the operation lasted for 420 min(range: 240-660  min), and the intraoperative bleeding was 1,350 mL (range:200-3 000 mL); combined resection of 1 organ in 2 cases, combined resection of 2 organs in 1 case, combined resection of 3 organs in 1 case;Clavien-Dindo classification: Ⅲb in 2 cases, including 1 case of pancreatic fistula and 1 case of abdominal bleeding, and Ⅱ level in 2 cases. The average follow-up time was (8.8±1.5) months, and the recurrence-free survival rate was 100%. Conclusion The total resection of retroperitoneal liposarcoma is a safe and feasible procedure for patients with recurrent retroperitoneal liposarcoma.
