摘要： 肌肉减少症在恶性肿瘤患者群体中的发病率高，不仅与肿瘤发生及进展密切相关，还影响着抗肿瘤疗效和患者预后，已成为肿瘤研究领域一个亟待解决的重要问题。本文旨在综述肿瘤相关性肌肉减少症对患者的影响，以及肿瘤相关性肌肉减少症发病的相关机制，为未来深入开展这一领域基础研究和完善精准干预措施提供方向。

Abstract: Sarcopenia demonstrates high prevalence in patients with malignancies, being not only closely associated with tumorigenesis and progression but also significantly impacting therapeutic efficacy and clinical outcomes, emerging as a critical issue requiring urgent resolution in oncology research. This review aims to summarize the detrimental effects of cancer⁃related sarcopenia on patients and elucidate the underlying mechanisms, thereby providing a strategic guidance for advancing fundamental research and refining precision intervention approaches in this field.
